Sconting and Exhibition games
These are organized on agreed timelines in order to identify, assess and analyze potential talents for further recommendations.
We want to establish a database of talented players basing on a pool of players at our disposal and this kind of assessment and Identification is best done through our scouting and exhibition games where a number of coaches and scouts are invited to help vet players so that the best are picked up for further development and promotion.
Financial literacy programs
Our 360 approach on player development has uplift sports management emphasize financial literacy programs to guide players on aspects of savings, investment and financial discipline as they improve their day to day lives as well as prepare for life after football. We believe that this angle gives sports men a chance to thrive financially during their careers as well as have a livelihood after football. We look forward to partnering with financial institutions, football associations and clubs so that we can collaborate and spread this kind of gospel for the better of the sport.
Mental awareness programs
Although health in general is a core area of interest for all sports entities. As uplift sports management we believe more emphasis should be given to mental health awareness considering the number of players that are affected everyday as a result of the impact of the many mental health disorders and problems that exist. We believe players with good mental strength and stability can thrive better physically and have long productive careers. This will also include drug abuse campaigns, psychological and psychiatric dialogue sessions with professional partners to ensure a mentally healthy environment for players.
