About Us

Uplift sports management is a sports agency based in East Africa whose core focus is to promote and enrich sports talents through value addition, effective representation and development in order to build formidable and marketable sports brands. We are a registered company per the laws of Uganda with a fully licensed and recognized FIFA agent within our ranks.

Our team of vastly experienced individuals works tirelessly to provide an all-inclusive professional approach and management platform that will see our regional talents achieve a global appeal thus thrive at greater levels of competitive sports.

To oversee development and enrichment of young sports talents so as to prepare them for opportunities at higher professional sports levels.

To offer representation that is offer players guidance and counsel on matters of contract negotiations, renewals and all that falls under contractual obligations.

To help build football brands that will have a global appeal, improve their reach as well as make players marketable items available for possible endorsements.

To handle public relations management of players.

Meet the team

We have assembled a team of highly dedicated and committed professionals to handle the day to day running of uplift sports management with many years of experience both in the field of management and sports. These include the following.

Mr. Mugisha Ayub

Our CEO and founder of uplift sports management. He is a former player who had professional stints in Kenya and Seychelles before a knee injury cut his career short. He is a sports enthusiast who has been involved in many football transfers for players within the country, region and Seychelles. He boosts of a big social network in the business including coaches, administrators and agents among others.

Mr. Kiguli Abdul

Head of operations and Co-founder at uplift sports management with vast corporate management expertise having worked with several corporate entities in the past including wonder world amusement park, sports outreach ministry and JDK consultancy at managerial level. A Former player with great interest in the sports who has been managing players at an individual level.

Mr. Barigye Innocent

A director, head of all transfer and player engagements. He is a FIFA licensed agent and recognized by FUFA as a registered intermediary. His vast knowledge of the sport and player scouting prowess gives uplift sports management pole position in swiftly conducting agency work. We count on his huge agent network to be able to access sporting opportunities within the region, on the continent and across the globe.

Ms. Nankumbi Joanah

Our company secretary as well as our head of accounting and finance. Her devotion to the cause helps create control and proper management of our finances and with her vast managerial experience we can proudly work without hinderances in the financial aspect of our operations.

Mr. Kasule Erias

Our chief scout and head of our player recruitment program. Having served as coach of the Seychelles youth female national football team, Erias has great knowledge of the sport and a keen eye for talent (potential). He is a great asset to our team especially when it comes to identifying and nurturing talent.

Mr. Kakembo Ali

He serves in the role of our media and IT specialist. His IT background and knowledge of the tech world provides assurance for top notch tech services, timely content creation and management as well as a reputable social and mass media presence for all our activities as an entity.
